Platform Disclaimer — Matching Service Only
BugProspects is a lead generation and matching platform only. We do not perform pest control services, employ pest control technicians or inspectors, guarantee the quality of services rendered by matched professionals, or accept liability for the outcomes of any pest control job arranged through our platform. All pest control services are performed by independent licensed third-party professionals. BugProspects' liability is strictly limited to the fees you paid to BugProspects in the preceding 12 months.
Data Broker Registration
BugProspects facilitates the sale and transfer of consumer contact information to pest control professionals. Several U.S. states — including California (AB 1202 / CPRA), Vermont, Oregon, and Texas — require companies that sell or share personal data (including lead data) to register as data brokers with state regulators. BugProspects has registered or is in the process of registering in all applicable jurisdictions. For questions about our registration status in your state, contact privacy@mybugprospects.com.
Age Gate & COPPA Compliance
Our services are intended for users aged 13 and older. By submitting any form on this platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has submitted personal information, we will delete it promptly. By submitting a quote request, registration form, or contact form on BugProspects, you expressly consent — on a one-to-one basis — to receive calls, texts (including automated/AI-assisted messages), and emails from BugProspects and up to 5 matched pest control professionals at the phone number and email you provided. This consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, clicking unsubscribe in any email, or contacting support@mybugprospects.com. BugProspects complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the FCC's 2024 one-to-one consent rule.
