Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on our platform infringes your copyright, please provide our designated agent with a written notice containing ALL of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered by a single notification).
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or other specific location on the platform sufficient for us to locate the material.
  4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and its location before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your jurisdiction, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original claimant. If the claimant does not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the content may be restored.

BugProspects maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of BugProspects or others.
